Advantage Tech is looking for a Department Assistant to join a client of ours located in Downtown Chicago. This position is responsible for performing general administrative, project support to the construction department within the company.
Duties may include:
- Occasional project assistance for managers.
- Assist in Power point presentations.
- Help coordinate clerical needs of special projects.
- Provide service procurement support for construction teams.
- Support Supplier Registration process for construction project teams.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor to assist in the overall success of the group and company.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum two years office/clerical experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with other Microsoft office applications is desirable.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
