Director of Sales

ATI is seeking a Director of Sales for our growing partner in the greater KC, MO Area.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading sales strategy within the organization. They will enhance productivity through marketing efforts and leverage referrals. We are looking for someone that can successfully attract and retain great account executives, build relationships with vendors, and help open doors with business owners and decision makers.

We are seeking an individual who is well connected and knows how to motivate and provide consistent results from a direct and indirect sales team.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in telecommunications
  • 10+ years professional level related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years leading teams and building strategy arounds sales practices within a small to midsize organization
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications – specifically local phone service, Internet access, data, and phone systems.
  • Strong connections in the business community.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high performing teams and ability to leverage relationships to enhance process.
  • Detail oriented and good follow-through.
  • Willingness to continually learn about new products and services.
