Temporary Executive Assistant

Job Description:
Temporary support for our Client. Will coordinate and manage schedules and meetings. Meeting management will include, but not be limited to, creating agendas, preparing presentations, and keeping minutes. Many responsibilities will be assigned based on an as needed basis.

Skills Required:
~10 years experience in an executive assistant role
Proficient with Microsoft Suite with a focus on Outlook and Power Point
Project Management experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality
