Field Support Engineer

We’re hiring for a Field Support Engineer to join our Client’s dynamic team. If you’re a tech-savvy professional with solid experience in Windows administration, network support, and a strong focus on providing outstanding client experience, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Offer both onsite and remote technical support to clients, prioritizing a top-notch customer support experience while tackling and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Oversee and maintain Windows-based systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and other vital services.
  • Carry out network support tasks, such as troubleshooting connectivity problems, setting up switches and routers, and diagnosing WiFi and network performance challenges.
  • Visit client sites as needed, providing hands-on support, installations, and maintenance.
  • Produce and maintain detailed documentation of client systems, network configurations, and support tickets.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and management to ensure client satisfaction and outstanding service delivery, actively contributing to our positive company culture.


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT consulting firm.
  • Robust knowledge of Windows administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and associated services.
  • Solid grasp of networking concepts, such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service and being a great team player.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining precise and thorough documentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.
