IT Accounting Specialist

Advantage Tech is looking for an IT Accounting Specialist/IT Auditor for a client of ours in Mooresiville, NC. This will be a remote work position (WFH) as long as the pandemic is still forcing the client to WFH. Once they start staffing the corporate office back they will want the worker to be able to go into the Mooresville, NC office a few days. 

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations

This contract position will aide in completing site audits across HH/CC to inventory, inspect and validate services needed (e.g. voice and network connections, maintenance agreements etc.) currently in-use and those required by each location.

• Familiarity with 3rd Part Telecom Expense Management (TEMS) portals is a plus

Work Environment/Physical Requirements: 
• Fast-paced cubical office environment with an option to work remotely from home.
• Some stress may occur
• Must be able to work some nights/weekends
• Travel will be limited to 10%
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, and to speak and hear.  

 

Training/Equipment:

  • Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 (particularly Excel)
  • Microsoft Exchange, Outlook & TEAMS

 

Education/Experience: 
• 4 year Accounting Degree
• Familiarity with Information Technology field is a plus
• Project Management Certification or Skills are a plus

 

License:

Drivers License and state min insurance coverage required
