Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Advantage Tech is hiring! We are looking for a qualified individual to join our client company based in Overland Park, KS.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Completes light plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance; we will teach you along the way.
· Coordinates work with vendors and outside contractors.
· Inspects and maintains the grounds and building to company standards.
· You will complete tenant requests and order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
· You will be on-call for emergency situations. If your assistance is needed, you will receive premium pay.
· Assists building engineers with their duties as needed.
· When your work meets our high standards, you will qualify for monthly and annual bonuses.
Experience/Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous property maintenance experience is desired.
• Great customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
