Modernization Program Director

Advantage Tech is looking for a Program Director for a client of ours in Topeka. The work can be done remotely, yet they prefer a local resource that is open to traveling to Topeka from time to time. The contract is a minimum of an initial eight months but has the potential to extend. 

Job Duties: 

– Work with client to create definition, feasibility study, and RFP activity for modernization of client IT Systems

– The opportunity exists for a longer term engagement with implantation of the modernization initiative

Skills Required: 

– Program Management, project management, meeting facilitation, communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, RFP creation, and vendor management 

Experience Required: 

– MUST have led Enterprise wide transformation/ modernization initiatives. 

– Enterprise program leadership, Transformation Strategy, MS Project, MS Office Suite, Client Facing

Education: 

– Bachelor Degree w/Master Degree preferred
