Sharepoint Administrator

Advantage Tech is looking for a Sharepoint Administrator.  This position is with a client of ours that is based out of Topeka, Ks.


Brief Description of Job Duties:  

SharePoint (SP) Administration, farm planning/implementation, monitoring server health, SP disk space usage, performance, SP patches/cumulative updates, managing services, scheduled jobs and installation of 3rd party Web parts.  This includes the Internet, Intranet and Extranet SP farms and custom development applications.

Experience required:

  • 2 years work experience in Microsoft SharePoint administration.  Practical working knowledge of central administration, STSADM, PowerShell, search administration, solution deployment, service pack and cumulative update maintenance, user management, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience involving Microsoft SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013 farm implementations and migrations.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience maintaining web sites with advanced skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
