Position overview: 

Advantage Tech's Overland Park client is looking for a Software Developer to develop code for their proprietary systems using C# and .Net solutions.  Duties will include, but are not limited to, designing, writing and maintaining code for current projects. An excellent comprehension of C# coding and .Net frameworks will be a must as well as the ability to trouble-shoot, isolate, and correct any issues that may be created.

Essential Job Functions:

 Develop and maintain business .NET applications while adhering to company standards

• Review and resolve application problems on a priority basis
• Develop applications based on their evaluation of business and technical requirements
• Effectively estimates own work assignments and delivers quality code that meets requirements and specifications on time, based on work estimates they establish
• Effectively manages tasks from multiple assignments
• Create and successfully implement quality test for applications

• Accurately document processes and procedures
• Perform additional and/or extensive research pertaining to program development

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a C# developer
• Ability to learn new applications and programs
• Current experience with C#, .NET, Visual Studio
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Razor
• Ability to write clean, easy to understand code
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
