Sr Support Engineer

Advantage Tech is looking for an organized, team-oriented person to join an awesome team with our client as a Support Engineer! 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting experience, analyzing customer problems, and asking the appropriate questions to support a resolution
  •  Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques 
  • Execute and validate test plans and results for applications
  • Continually evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact  applications and customer experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Business Process Automation
  • Experience with JIRA issue tracking
  • Experience Enterprise and Web Application Servers
  • Database technologies 
  • Linux and Windows Operating systems
  • 3-5 years of experience
