Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting experience, analyzing customer problems, and asking the appropriate questions to support a resolution
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Execute and validate test plans and results for applications
- Continually evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact applications and customer experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Business Process Automation
- Experience with JIRA issue tracking
- Experience Enterprise and Web Application Servers
- Database technologies
- Linux and Windows Operating systems
- 3-5 years of experience
