System Admin/Project Coordinator

Advantage Tech is looking for a System Admin/Project Coordinator for our Overland Park, KS Client.

 

Skill Set:

  1. A motivated self-starter
  2. A quick learner is more important than industry knowledge
  3. The role is a hybrid junior system admin/ BA/ Administrative role
  4. We would like this person to be great with all MS Office products
  5. We would like to reduce the amount of system admin work this person does over time
  6. Concentration on Business Systems (internal  applications)
  7. Will process IT bills
  8. Will assist in most projects/ tasks (Opportunity to run small projects)
    1. Schedules
    2. Email
    3. SOP/ Work instruction creation
    4. Take minutes at meetings
  9.  Some travel needed
  10. Comfortability with written  communication to VP level stakeholders  
  11. Able to troubleshoot basic IT issues
