Advantage Tech has a client in Topeka KS that is looking for a Help Desk resource.
- Performs desktop and peripheral support for staff.
- Diagnose and test PC configurations and functionality and service to agency personnel.
- Basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Technical support experience or schooling
- Some network knowledge is a plus 1-2 years preferred
- High School or equivalent
- Extended sitting, moving and setting up workstations, may require being under desks
