Advantage Tech has a client in Topeka KS that is looking to fill three six month contract Help Desk positions. 

Description: 

  • Performs desktop and peripheral support for staff.
  • Diagnose and test PC configurations and functionality and service to agency personnel.
  • Basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting.

Qualifications: 

  • Technical support experience or schooling
  • Some network knowledge is a plus 1-2 years preferred
  • High School or equivalent

Environment:

  • Extended sitting, moving and setting up workstations, may require being under desks 
  • Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot, isolate, and correct that issues that disrupt
