The Recruiter role handles the full cycle recruiting of our candidates. Includes sourcing candidates through referrals, job boards, associations, direct recruiting and other creative methods to locate top talent. Includes the thorough interviewing of each candidate to determine the fit to Advantage Tech’s hiring needs. Interaction with the team is essential.
- Locate, attract and identify qualified candidates that support client needs in designated regional areas.
- Creatively source candidates on a daily basis
- Profile and interview candidates on the phone and in person to determine fit to current and future hiring needs
- Submit qualified candidates for openings
- Candidate care throughout the placement and post placement process to encourage referrals
- Thoroughly and accurately documenting candidates in applicant tracking system
Desired Skills and Experience:
- High degree of people interface
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals
- Internal drive and work ethic to achieve above and beyond company goals
- Strong computer literacy – Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Previous recruiting or outside sales experience is a plus
